so close, yet so far…
With colours of butterflies dancing around,
her heart began fluttering…

A glance, a sneak peek—
all that her mind was hoping for…
Shining like the sun,
smiling through the day…
Daydreaming had begun…

Her heart wanted to cherish,
yet her mind played the game…
Every time she tried to go off the cliff,
fate brought her back to where she started…
And then—
it was never the same again.
Running towards the endless tunnel,
it took courage more than desire…
Torn between the parallel ingress and escape,
an unnamed chapter
and book was being closed…
And then—
it was never the same again.
Thought all of that came to end…
still, in the corner of her heart,
a space was left behind…
Moving forward with the same pace,
everything was abandoned
like a piece of fiction…
