For over a decade, Sarah Dee has led transformative work across diverse and often marginalized communities on a global scale, collaborating with both government institutions and non-governmental organizations. Her experience includes more than four years working within juvenile detention centers and prisons, where she supported profound inner change in high-risk and high-impact environments. Beyond institutional settings, she has coached homeless and punk youth, high school and university students, professionals navigating loss of direction, and individuals in addiction recovery, helping them rebuild self-trust, clarity, and purpose.

Sarah has also spent over six years running a free healthcare clinic for underprivileged elders and founded free educational initiatives for children without access to formal schooling. She has built and facilitated communities for mothers and youth, delivered workshops for young people and parents, led parenting programs, seminars, and life-skills development initiatives, consistently bridging emotional healing with practical application.

Her leadership began early through youth activism and advocacy for children, shaping a lifelong commitment to service. Over the years, her work has expanded internationally. She has built a global INFP community, published books and articles, traveled extensively, and has been formally recognized by global institutions, including Meta Communities, for her impact at both local and international levels.

Sarah’s coaching is grounded in lived experience and long-term practice. How does the coaching session work?

Each session is a 90-minute private 1:1 conversation held online. The space is intentional, unhurried, and focused on you. We start by understanding what’s present for you right now, whether that’s a specific situation, an emotional pattern, or a sense of feeling lost or stuck. From there, the session unfolds organically. You’ll be guided to gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and explore aligned ways forward without forcing or fixing. The session is a mix of reflection, insight, and practical grounding so what you discover can actually be lived.

Why is the session 90 minutes?

Ninety minutes allows enough space for depth without rushing. Many INFPs need time to settle, feel safe, and articulate what’s really going on beneath the surface. This length allows you to move past surface thoughts and into meaningful clarity, while also leaving time to integrate insights and next steps. It’s designed so you don’t leave feeling cut off or unfinished.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are held online through a private video call. You can join from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you feel comfortable being present with yourself.

How do I schedule my session?

After booking, you’ll receive a scheduling link where you can choose from available time slots. You’ll be able to select a time that works best for you, based on your time zone. Everything is set up to be simple and flexible so scheduling doesn’t become another source of stress.

Can I reschedule my session if something comes up?

Yes. Life happens. You’ll be able to reschedule within the guidelines provided in your booking confirmation. The intention is to keep things respectful and clear for both sides while allowing reasonable flexibility.

Do I need to talk the whole time?

No. You don’t need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or fill every moment with words. Silence is welcome. Pauses are welcome. The session moves at your pace, and guidance is offered in a way that supports you rather than overwhelms you.

Is this only for INFPs?

The coaching is designed with INFPs in mind and works especially well for sensitive, introspective people who value depth, meaning, and alignment. You don’t need to identify as an INFP to book. If you resonate with the approach and values behind this work, the sessions can still be deeply supportive.

How often should sessions be booked?

There’s no required frequency. Some people book a single session to gain clarity around a specific issue or decision. Others choose ongoing sessions to support deeper healing, integration, or long-term direction. Many clients start with one session and decide from there based on how supported they feel.

Will one session be enough?

One session can bring significant clarity, emotional relief, and a clear sense of direction, especially if you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. For deeper patterns or ongoing life transitions, continued sessions can help support lasting change. Each session is designed to stand on its own while also fitting naturally into longer-term work if needed.

Is this therapy?

This is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on awareness, clarity, and forward movement rather than diagnosis or treatment. That said, many people find the sessions emotionally supportive and grounding, especially if they’ve struggled to feel understood elsewhere.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

You don’t need to prepare anything formally. You don’t need notes or a clear agenda. Simply come as you are. If something has been weighing on you, we’ll start there. If you’re unsure what you need, the session will help you discover that together.

What if I feel nervous or unsure about booking?

That’s completely normal. Many people who book these sessions are not feeling confident or certain. They’re often feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, and that’s exactly who this space is for. You don’t need to feel ready, brave, or put together. The session is designed to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, not pressured.

What if I’m not sure this will help me?

You don’t need absolute certainty to book. Most clients come because something inside them knows they need clarity, support, or a different way forward, even if they can’t fully explain it yet. The session is structured to be valuable on its own, whether that’s through insight, relief, or a clearer sense of direction. You’re not expected to commit to anything beyond the session you book.

What if I feel overwhelmed or emotional during the session?

That’s okay. Emotions are welcome here. You won’t be pushed to relive anything or go deeper than feels right for you. The space is held with care, grounding, and respect for your boundaries. The goal is not to overwhelm you, but to help you feel more steady, supported, and connected to yourself by the end of the session.

What is the refund policy?

Because each session is a 90-minute private time reserved specifically for you, sessions are non-refundable once booked. That said, if something unexpected comes up, you’ll be able to reschedule within the rescheduling guidelines shared after booking. The intention is to be fair, clear, and respectful of everyone’s time while still offering flexibility where possible.
